Intrada Technologies Help Desk is available:
Monday > Friday from 8:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST
Help Desk Support Agreements:
Coverage outside default Help Desk hours is based on your Service Level Agreement.
Accessing support outside normal support hours requires an active PRO-Active agreement.
Help Desk is closed during designated holidays to allow our staff to have uninterrupted time with family. Technical support is available to PRO-Active clients with a critical system outage or emergency situations based on your Service Level Agreement. All PRO-Active systems are continually monitored during holidays, but response is limited to only critical system outages. In the event of a critical system or emergency situation, Intrada Partners will make any response decisions. Any non-critical support requests during a designated holiday will be followed up on the next business day. Thank you.
