VIRUS, MALWARE & SPYWARE REMOVAL

In the event of operating system failure due to aggressive malware or viruses, a system restore may be required.

DIAGNOSTICS

Intrada is able to establish a secured remote session to your computer to allow a quick diagnostics on your computer. All of the diagnostics are done live on the screen so you can see what is being done. No data is ever removed from your computer. Once done, you have the ability to close the connection and block from any access.

SYSTEM RESTORE

System restore requires the computer to be at our office. Intrada Help Desk will restore the operating system, software and data. Requires Recovery CD, software applications, valid backup and valid licenses to rebuild systems to previous configurations.

DATA RECOVERY

Intrada will perform diagnostics; this takes 1-2 business days. Most drives we receive are able to be fixed with a general recovery procedure. If your drive has a more severe issue, we will contact you with other options, or you can elect to have the drive returned to you with no cost for the diagnostics.

  • Deleted files are stored for 10 days
  • Support for: XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Intel-based Macs with OX S 10.6, OS X 10.8, OS X 10.0, OS X 10.10
  • Intrada assisted setup and continual support

This plan does not support External Hard Drives, Application Programs, Temporary Files or System Files. Any files over 4GB need to be manually added to the backup.

  • External Hard Drive Backup with System Image (a complete copy of the entire system)

This plan requires an external hard drive to support System Image. Application Programs, Temporary Files and System Files are stored on the external hard drive but not in the cloud. Any files over 4GB need to be manually added to the backup.

LABOR RATE - REMOTE

Intrada Help Desk is able to correct most operating system errors using a remote connection and running several software tools. In the event the issue cannot be resolved remotely, ship the unit to our office and the issue will be resolved and the computer returned within 1 business day plus shipping.

This rate is based on PC Support and does not apply to Servers, Networks or Commercial Configurations.
