Employee Spotlight: Allison Reichenbach

At Intrada Technologies, we believe that our team is the heart of our success. This month, we’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on one of our newest team members, Allison Reichenbach, who joined us in 2025 as an Account Manager. With her unique blend of creativity, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others, Allison has already made a positive impact on our team and clients.
A Journey of Creativity and Problem-Solving
Allison’s professional background is a testament to her love for tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions. “Over the years, I have gravitated toward roles that required creativity, problem-solving, and helping people,” she shares. When the time came to take the next step in her career, Intrada stood out as the perfect fit. “Intrada Technologies values those skills, and I felt like I could put my strengths to good use here.”
A Warm Welcome to the Teams
Though she’s still new to the company, Allison has already felt the warmth of the Intrada family. “Everyone has been very kind, warm, and welcoming so far. I am excited to be part of Intrada's team,” she adds.
Bridging the Gap Between Technology and Clients
As an Account Manager, Allison plays a vital role in connecting clients with the right technology solutions. “I work directly with clients to understand their needs and goals. I assess their technology environments and help plan solutions that support their operations,” she explains. “I’m a bridge between the technical side and the customer experience side, and I love that role.”
Life Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Allison has a wide range of hobbies and interests. From reading and playing music to crocheting, baking, drawing, and sewing, she’s always learning something new. She also cherishes time with her family and is currently learning Chinese — a fun fact that might surprise her colleagues!
A Local Connection
Allison’s roots run deep in the community. A graduate of Hughesville High School, she went on to earn her BS in Computer Science from Western Governor’s University. Growing up in the area, joining a local company like Intrada felt like a natural choice for her. She’s married, has a family she adores, and shares her home with a few pampered cats.
What Makes Intrada Special
When asked about her favorite thing at Intrada, Allison didn’t hesitate: “The team culture. Everyone is supportive, willing to teach, and genuinely invested in doing things the right way. It feels like a place where you can grow, ask questions, and expand your technical and professional skill set without judgment. That makes coming to work not just comfortable but motivating.”
A Word from Leadership
David Steele, co-owner of Intrada Technologies, had this to say about Allison: “Allison has brought a fresh perspective and a genuine enthusiasm to our team. Her ability to connect with clients and her dedication to finding the right solutions make her an invaluable asset. We’re excited to see her grow with us and continue to make a difference for our clients.”
Welcome aboard, Allison!
