This year’s Central PA Commercial Real Estate Symposium, hosted by Landmark Commercial Realty, was held on Wednesday, May 7th, at the West Shore Country Club. The event brought together professionals across the commercial real estate industry and delivered valuable updates on the latest legislative, economic, and market trends. Thanks to our continued partnership with Landmark, we at Intrada Technologies are proud to have helped raise the bar once again by introducing a fresh stage design and upgraded technology. These enhancements created a more dynamic and engaging experience for attendees, and we’re honored to have played a key role as their trusted technology partner in bringing this vision to life.

Event Setup Gets a Refresh

We listened to feedback from last year and made some minor changes to the stage setup. Instead of sticking with the classic panel-style arrangement with chairs and a long table, we went for a cleaner, more modern look this time. The stage featured a single podium, enhanced by blue-lit flooring that set the day's tone. Intrada Technologies, now in its second year as the event’s technology partner, brought our expertise to the table with upgraded lighting and sound solutions. We worked closely with the venue team to make sure everything was just right—covering all the details from crystal-clear wireless microphones to a confidence monitor for our speakers. Our hands-on planning and live technical support made sure everything ran smoothly, creating an event experience that was immersive and engaging from start to finish.

Standing Ovation-Worthy Speakers

One of the most talked-about highlights of the day was, of course, the lineup of speakers. Their insights and expertise gave everyone in the room plenty to think about:

  • Rory Ritrievi, President & CEO of Mid Penn Bank, explored banks' important role in driving development and investment across the region.
  • Greg Rothman, PA District 3 State Senator, rounded things out by sharing the latest updates on policies that could shape the future of the real estate market.
  • Luke Bernstein, President & CEO of the PA Chamber, gave us an inside view of Pennsylvania’s business environment and direction.
  • Anirban Basu was the featured speaker.      He did a great job of breaking down the big picture. His speech dove deep into today’s economic trends and what they mean for the real estate world.

A Team Effort That Made It All Possible

This year’s success came down to teamwork and a commitment to learning from past events. Landmark Commercial Realty worked hand-in-hand with Intrada Technologies to deliver another great event. The seamless execution and upgraded experience proved just how powerful collaboration can be.

Looking ahead, we are looking forward to next year’s symposium, marking the fifth anniversary of this growing event.
