Adam Post

Adam has been part of the Intrada team for seven years now, splitting his time between writing code and helping keep projects, and the people working on them, moving in the right direction. Day to day that means jumping between hands-on development work and the less visible stuff that keeps a team running, checking in on where things stand and clearing whatever's blocking someone.

He likes staying close to the technical side of the work. Whether he's building something new or troubleshooting a problem alongside the team, Adam likes seeing a project come together, and likes it even more when the people working on it are doing their best work too.

Before Intrada, Adam's path wasn't a straight line into tech. He spent time in retail and manual labor jobs, work that wasn't glamorous but taught him how to show up, solve problems on the fly, and treat people well. Those lessons still shape how he approaches his work today, whether he's writing code or managing a project.

Outside of work, Adam is usually tinkering with something. He's into 3D design and printing, likes messing around with hardware projects, and will code just for the fun of it when the mood strikes. And when he's not building things, he's spending time with his family.
