A Message from the Owners: Looking Ahead to 2026

As 2025 draws to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on an intense year of change in technology. What began at a slower pace quickly gave way to rapid innovation, especially in AI, automation, and cybersecurity. The investments we see in these areas signal lasting transformation, not just passing trends.
Over the years, we've navigated significant shifts in technology. In development, we've seen the evolution from traditional websites to the adoption of headless CMS, progressive web apps, and now low-code platforms like PowerApps, enabling faster and more efficient solution delivery. The transition to cloud ecosystems has become more aggressive, not just moving workflows to the cloud but also creating more efficient processes and procedures, with a focus on training staff to maximize the potential of these tools.
On the security front, the focus has progressed from robust backups in 2020 to MFA in 2021, MDR in 2023, and now a move toward a Zero Trust security model. AI has advanced from a background concept to an essential tool in daily operations and strategic planning. Even marketing has evolved, adapting from basic SEO to incorporating AI-driven search to maintain visibility in a changing digital landscape.
At Intrada, we have always believed that technology is a set of tools, not a one-size-fits-all solution. Our role is to partner with our clients—to strengthen their organization with secure systems, experienced technical staff, and efficient processes that help them stay competitive and compliant.
This year, we completed projects focused on AI and automation, cloud migrations and integrations, rolled out Power Apps and custom headless websites, and adapted SEO strategies to keep pace with AI-driven search and ADA compliance requirements. We also saw an increased need for training at both user and corporate planning levels—a trend we expect to continue as technology adoption accelerates.
We are grateful for over 25 years of partnerships, especially with clients who have been with us from the beginning and the many whose trust spanned a decade or more. Thank you for being part of our journey.
Looking forward to 2026, our focus remains on practical innovation—integrating new tools, prioritizing security, and delivering training and education to help companies embrace change. Our commitment is to work alongside you, bringing resources, knowledge, and support as your experienced technology partner.
Thank you for an impactful year. All of us at Intrada look forward to supporting your continued growth in 2026.
