This position is located at our rural Muncy location with a modern collaborative office setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • SECURITY: Demonstrates and can implement the skills required to develop a secured infrastructure, recognize threats and vulnerabilities to networks, and mitigate security threats to protect client’s networks and related data. Networks security based on PCI and HIPAA compliancy standards when related data is utilized.
  • SUPPORT: Manage and support multiple client network environments and deliver a predefined service level agreement to all network related situations. Maintain network performance by executing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
  • BACKUPS / DR: Installs, configures, manages and supports backups to ensure reliability and accessibility
  • SETUP: Installs, configures, manages and supports network equipment including firewalls, routers, switches, servers, WiFi, workstations and software application
  • TEAM: Works with clients to define, implement and enforce network policies and procedures; establishes usage and privacy policies with best practices foundations. Works with Intrada Tech Support team to quickly resolve user issues and increase user efficiency.   Works with clients, vendors and account managers on budgeting, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • CERTIFICATION: Continues to advance education with continual knowledge building and certification

  • Work side-by-side with the development team to acquire and interpret technical requirements in an open office setting

  • Continue to increase knowledge of new technologies dealing with network administration that would increase the value of services offered to clients
  • Weekly production meetings and as needed project planning sessions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Talented individual with a bachelor's degree or associates degree or related certifications or experience related to network administration. Salary range is based on education, certifications and professional experience.
  • Able to deliver the responsibilities of the position
  • Able to work in the environment of the position
