This position is located at our rural Muncy location with a modern collaborative office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot multiple client networks and deliver a predefined service level agreement to all network related situations
  • Maintain network performance by executing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning
  • Troubleshooting and the ability to apply diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving issues
  • Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and help desk system in a courteous manner. Provides Level 1 Technical Support to user on IT related requests (Windows / Printing / Network Access / Internet Resources / Remote Access / Email / Office Software / etc.)
  • Monitor and proactively support systems and applications through Intrada network management system
  • Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, to final resolution
  • Balance multiple projects, tickets, clients and tasks and prioritize based on customer agreement
  • Provide after-hours pager coverage shared with network team

  • Work side-by-side with the development team to acquire and interpret technical requirements in an open office setting

  • Weekly production meetings and as needed project planning sessions

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred as well as extensive professional experience in information technology troubleshooting, installation, and service. Salary range is based on education, certifications and professional experience.
  • Able to deliver the responsibilities of the position
  • Able to work in the environment of the position
