Intrada Technologies is a team of professionals who provide and support IT solutions including Website Development, Internet Marketing, Pro-Active managed services, Network Support, Computer Support, Hosting and Cloud solutions.

We are looking for a smart, dedicated and energetic team player with outstanding communication skills and a positive customer service attitude to join our team in Muncy, PA.  A strong background in computer networks, Microsoft operating systems, hardware and business software is necessary for this position. 




  • SUPPORT:  Support and Troubleshoot multiple client networks environment and deliver a predefined service level agreement to all network related situations.  Maintain network performance by executing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
  • Troubleshooting and the ability to apply diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving issues.
  • Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and help desk system in a courteous manner.  Provides Level 1 Technical Support to user on IT related requests (Windows / Printing / Network Access / Internet Resources / Remote Access / Email / Office Software / etc.)
  • Monitor and proactively support systems and applications through Intrada network management system.
  • Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution. 
  • Balance multiple projects, tickets, clients and tasks and prioritize based on customer agreement.
  • Provide after-hours pager coverage shared with network team.




  • Honesty, Reliability, Excellent Communication skills and Team Oriented Work Ethic.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, including Laptops, Desktops and Tablets.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco and/or VMware preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.
  • Working knowledge of remote control, virus and malware tools.
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
  • Able to travel to client sites and lift/carry 35 lbs. – overnight trips only if necessary.
  • Must pass a drug and security background check.

Job Type:          Salary

Compensation:   $25,000.00 > $ 38,000.00 / based on certifications and/or experience.

                         Group medical and dental available.
