Term Definition
Bootstrap Protocol: is a computer networking protocol used in Internet Protocol networks to automatically assign an IP address to network devices from a configuration server.
Bytes Per Second: 1 bit/byte / 1 kb = 1,000 bits/bytes / 1 MB = 1,000,000 bits/bytes.
Basic Rate Interface: is an Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) configuration intended primarily for use in subscriber lines similar to those that have long been used for voice-grade telephone service.
Bandwidth: is a measurement of available data measured using bit-rate expressed in bits per second received from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
